What you need to know about joining Trianon

Rehearsals
Main concerts are in early January, mid/late April and mid September.

The rehearsal schedule typically consists of around eight rehearsals ( 7.15 – 9.45pm ) in the month or so before each main concert. The rehearsal days and dates will vary – they will not always be on the same day(s) of the week.

A list of rehearsal dates will be sent to you in good time for each concert, and you will be asked to confirm your intention to perform each time. Commitment to performance in a particular concert implies that you will attend most of the rehearsals.

Rehearsals take place in Ipswich , usually in one of three venues: Bramford Rd Methodist Church, Beacon Hill Special School ( Stone Lodge Lane ), or Museum St Methodist Church.

Application and membership.
membership is not automatic upon application. After you have attended a few rehearsals (or possibly after your first concert), your section leader will confirm whether membership of Trianon is suitable for you.

Members should aim to perform in at least two of our three main concerts annually.

Subscription
You do not need to pay a subscription on application. Your year’s subscription will become payable when your full membership is confirmed.
